<div><h3>Job Title</h3><p>E-Commerce Manager</p><h3>Reports To</h3><p>Director of E-Commerce / VP of Growth</p><h3>About the Company</h3><p>The company is the original weighted sleep mask designed to help people fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.</p><p>As a category‑defining brand in sleep wellness, the company combines thoughtful product design with strong direct‑to‑consumer growth.</p><p>We sell primarily through Shopify and key e‑commerce channels, with a focus on performance, experience, and customer obsession.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on E‑Commerce Manager to own and optimize the brand's online store performance.</p><p>This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Shopify by improving conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall onsite experience.</p><p>You’ll manage site merchandising, lead CRO initiatives, and partner closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution across launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.</p><p>The ideal candidate is data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and deeply familiar with DTC e‑commerce best practices.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Site Ownership&Performance: Own day‑to‑day management of the brand's site, including site performance, merchandising, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Ensure a best‑in‑class shopping experience across mobile and desktop.</li><li>Shopify&Merchandising: Manage Shopify storefront operations, including collections, PDP optimization, promotions, bundles, upsells, and cross‑sells.</li><li>Oversee and optimize the Shopify app stack (subscriptions, reviews, upsell tools, analytics, etc.).</li><li>Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze site performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, bounce rate, funnel drop‑off) and translate insights into action.</li><li>Develop and execute CRO testing roadmaps, including A/B tests on PDPs, offers, bundles, pricing, and layouts.</li><li>Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with paid media, email/SMS, and creative teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams on inventory readiness, launches, and merchandising alignment.</li><li>Launches, QA&Execution: Manage product launches from an onsite perspective, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and performance.</li><li>QA site updates, promotions, and launches to ensure flawless execution and functionality.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3–6+ years of experience in DTC e‑commerce, preferably for Shopify‑based brands.</li><li>Proven track record of growing revenue and improving conversion rate in a DTC environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopify apps, and e‑commerce analytics tools.</li><li>Experience collaborating closely with paid media, retention (email/SMS), and creative teams.</li><li>Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience in wellness, sleep, lifestyle, or consumer product brands.</li><li>Familiarity with CRO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms.</li><li>Experience managing subscriptions, bundles, and post‑purchase upsells.</li><li>Understanding of inventory planning and forecasting within an e‑commerce environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
