SHORT DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Academic Vice Dean to lead our academic programs and initiatives at IMC Medical College in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.JOB SUMMARYIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment, driving academic excellence, and ensuring that our educational offerings align with industry standards and student needs.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement academic strategies that promote student success and institutional effectivenessOversee curriculum development, assessment processes, and faculty performance to ensure academic integrity and qualityLead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and regulationsFoster collaboration among academic departments to enhance interdisciplinary programs and initiativesEngage with faculty, staff, and students to cultivate a vibrant academic community and address emerging educational needsManage budgets and resources effectively to align with institutional goals and prioritiesRepresent the academic division in institutional planning and decision-making processesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSDoctoral degree (PhD, EdD, MD, or equivalent) in a health-related or education discipline.Professional ExperienceMinimum of seven (7) years of academic leadership experience in health sciences education.Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and faculty affairs.Strong understanding of Whole Health, integrative care, or holistic education models.LanguageBilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).ReferencesPositive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.#J-18808-Ljbffr
