Account Director, Brand

Edelman is looking for an Account Director to join our Brand team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead integrated campaigns for world-class brands across the region build trusted client relationships and shape culturally relevant purpose-driven work. We’re looking for someone who thrives on creative strategy business growth and mentorship and who’s passionate about brand storytelling that drives impact across channels and audiences.What Youll DoServe as a senior client lead driving day-to-day relationships and long-term strategic counsel.Lead development and execution of integrated communications strategies for regional and global brand clients.Translate client objectives into breakthrough campaigns that connect brand culture and purpose.Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across practice areas (e.g. digital creative strategy).Oversee campaign performance resourcing budgets and timelines to deliver excellence.Contribute to new business development through proposals pitches and organic growth.Provide mentorship and career development support for junior team members.What Were Looking for7 years of experience in strategic communications brand marketing or public relations.Strong experience in agency or consultancy environments preferably with MENA market exposure.Proven leadership in managing integrated campaigns across earned owned and paid media.A confident communicator with excellent client handling and presentation skills.Deep understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and broader Middle East.Ability to inspire teams think creatively and solve problems under pressure.Experience working with global brands and cross-market teams is a strong advantage.Why EdelmanAt Edelman we believe brands have the power to shift culture and drive real change.
