We empower some of the world’s most influential organizations by building highly effective social media platforms that amplify their messages.</p><h3>About the Job</h3><p>We’re seeking a driven Account Manager with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with founders and executive stakeholders.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding through ongoing account growth and renewal</li><li>Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in the CRM, including opportunities, account activities, and forecasts</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling within the Nas ecosystem</li><li>Support the sales and marketing teams with insights, case studies, and sales collateral based on client success stories</li><li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop tailored social media strategies that align with clients’ business goals</li><li>Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring continued value</li><li>Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help drive revenue expansion</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to build strong client relationships and grow accounts successfully</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive within a social media or digital agency</li><li>Proven experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced B2B environment</li><li>Highly personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients</li><li>Credible and competent individual with experience working with senior leadership and founders</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business and marketing challenges</li><li>Self-starter who is highly motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain lasting client relationships</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
