Account Manager-Hospitality Services

We are currently recruiting for anAccount Manager – Hospitality Servicesto join our Manpower Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.ScopeAccount Manager-Hospitality Service is responsible for managing allocated customer accounts in line with the commercial agreement, ensuring we maintain 100% of clients, grow accounts as well as manage the relationship in line with the commercial agreement. To ensure the end-to-end service delivery to all clients and ensure the profitability of contracts. Being a single point of contact for every client across all parts of the business. This will include working with the BU operations team, finance, payroll, HR Services, recruitment and all levels with the client.ResponsibilitiesManage the team structure and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget.Required to drive contract profitability through understanding of key performance indicators on each contract.Responsible and accountable for organic growth and new business opportunities.CustomerDevelop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.Resolve staff issues together with relevant departments, including salary discrepancies, emergency leave, reallocation of staff to other contracts, and accidents.Drive operational excellence across assigned accounts, providing clients with exceptional service and delivery.ProcessResponsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance.Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client and proactive management of off hires.Ensure the correct workflow process are in place and followed by reporting team.Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated.Reduce the amount of manual data and identify cost saving initiatives/process improvements.Selection Criteria3-4 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce.UAE Driver's License.Excellent computer and reporting skills.Should have a strong understanding of manpower operations with a detailed knowledge of mobilization, recruitment, sales, human resources, and financial planning.Excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead sales initiatives and deliver complex manpower and managed solutions.Fluency in English is required.About UsOffering flexible solutions for all the UAE’s staffing needs since 2001, Transguard Group is the region’s most trusted expert in facilities management, security, cash services, white-collar staffing and more.
