Arabic language skills are highly desired.ResponsibilitiesRelate to clients to ensure full awareness of project delivery.Resource and budget management.Trend analysis.Identify key trends, create workshops to outline how they will affect a client’s business, and outline how to move forward.Build strong client relationships.Create and manage project budgets and delivery schedules.Run weekly client meetings.Identify issues, report, and problem solve.Review work with Executive Advisors and Creative teams.Present and sell the creative and strategic work of the business.Qualifications5+ years of experience in branding.Strong client servicing skills.Team management experience.Currently in a client‑facing role (e.g., Account Director, Senior Account Manager, Client Advisor/Adviser, Strategy, or Business Development Manager).About The CompanyHR Source Consulting is a premier Human Resources Consultancy that provides clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with expert HR planning and solutions.
