Job Description

Job TitleAccount ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEJob SummaryPlans and executes sales and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Achievescompany sales objectives through effective promotion of products and services. Manages keyaccounts and maintains strong client relationships. Works closely with product support teams tointroduce new products and services in the local market.Key ResponsibilitiesReport functionally to the Country Manager and support the development andexecution of marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan.Define target markets and client segments, identify high-potential customers, andimplement strategies to maximize market share, revenue, pricing, and overallprofitability.Drive sales growth and expand the DF and DWM products and services portfolio withboth existing and prospective clients.Build, manage, and sustainstrong relationships with key and existing accounts toensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification throughnegotiation and deal closure.Identify, engage, and develop new customers to expand the companys market presence.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolvingcontractual issues, and providing effective commercial support.Work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements and technicalchallenges, and develop tailored solutions using the companys DF and DWM offerings.Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals and presentations that clearlyarticulate the value proposition of the companys products and services.Collaborate closely with internal teams—including operations, product support,technical, and finance—to ensure seamless execution of projects, orders, and productlaunches in the UAE market.Set, monitor, and track sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and regularperformance reports.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Country Manager.Accurately and timely reporting monthly sales statistics and report to the management.Demonstrate full commitment to the companys Quality, Health, Safety & Environment(QHSE) strategy by complying with all company policies, safety rules, legalrequirements, and local authority standards.Actively promote a strong QHSE culture through leadership, leading by example,organizing training sessions, and chairing QHSE meetings as required.Participate in QHSE audits within the area of responsibility to ensure safe, compliant,and environmentally responsible operations.Requirements8 years of technical & sales experiencepreferably in Drilling WasteManagement and Drilling Fluids in U.A.E Market.Bachelors Degree/Diploma Holder#J-18808-Ljbffr
