Job DescriptionLocation: Dubai, UAESourceIt is a recruitment, HRO, outsourcing/BPO, and HR support solutions provider serving businesses across the UAE, GCC, and Egypt.Position: Account Manager (Account Success Manager) – Full-time / Part-time (Hybrid)Role SummaryWe’re hiring an Account Manager (Account Success Manager) in Dubai to own end‑to‑end client relationships from onboarding through delivery. You will support the commercial team in closing deals and then ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by coordinating internally with recruiters and operations teams, managing client expectations, and driving retention and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the client relationship post‑signing: requirements intake, service scope alignment, delivery follow‑up, and performance reviews.Manage day‑to‑day coordination for active accounts (roles, timelines, priorities, feedback loops, and issue resolution).Ensure service delivery quality for recruitment and HRO services (e.g., onboarding, payroll support coordination, HR support, outsourcing coordination based on scope).Track SLAs, weekly progress, and pipeline updates with clients and internal teams.Support the sales team to close deals: proposal support, scope clarification, commercial coordination, and client follow‑up.Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities (additional roles, HR services, outsourcing support) and convert them into expansions.Lead renewals and account retention plans.Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Recruitment, Ops, HR, Finance).Run weekly internal account check‑ins and ensure fast escalations and resolutions.Maintain accurate account data and reporting in CRM and shared trackers.Requirements3–7 years experience in Account Management/Client Success within Recruitment, Staffing, or HRO.Strong understanding of recruitment delivery cycles (job intake → sourcing → shortlist →… ).Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in parallel.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong organization and reporting discipline (CRM, trackers, follow‑ups, meeting notes, action items).Based in Dubai or able to work in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
