Job Description

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to nurture and grow relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and achieve client objectives.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clientsAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requestsUnderstand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutionsAccount Planning and Strategy:Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client goals and maximize revenueIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or servicesCollaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable objectivesCommunication and Coordination:Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to internal teamsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver on client commitmentsProvide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and performanceProblem Resolution:Proactively address and resolve client issues or concernsWork with internal teams to find solutions to client challengesEnsure timely and effective communication of resolutions to clientsContract and Renewal Management:Manage contract negotiations and renewalsEnsure that contractual commitments are met and exceededWork with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicingMarket and Industry Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive products/servicesShare relevant insights and information with clients to position the company as a trusted partnerRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in account management, preferably in a similar industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesResults-driven with a focus on customer satisfactionFamiliarity with CRM software and project management toolsBenefitsAutonomy work style, empowered and challenged!We are dedicated to provide fast, thoughtful, and high-touch interactions.
