Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dukhan, QatarWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a diverse team. You will help ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to staff.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team membersAnswer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely mannerPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as neededMaintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessaryOrganize company events and manage logistics such as venue reservations, catering services, transportation arrangements, etc.Assist with budget tracking by keeping records of expenses and processing invoices for paymentMaintain confidential files and records to ensure information is kept secureConduct research on various topics as directed by managementLiaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as neededQualificationsProven experience as an administrative assistant or similar roleExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all workProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in EnglishFamiliarity with basic accounting principles is preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationWorking ConditionsThis is a full-time position based in Dukhan, Qatar. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate occasional events outside of regular working hours.
