Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dukhan, QatarWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our international company in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful candidate will support our team of professionals and ensure the smooth operation of our office.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetingsAnswer phone calls and respond to emailsPrepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reportsOrganize and maintain physical and electronic filesMake travel arrangements and process expense reportsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for office suppliesAssist with project coordination and tracking deadlinesConduct research as needed for various projectsRequirements:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar roleExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesFluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)Preference for African or Malayalee nationalityThis is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
