<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant (Contract / Ongoing)<br/>Location: Remote (Global) Engagement: Ongoing | weekly Workshops + Advisory<br/>Company: MaxAccelerate Technology Group / Kompetenza Innovation</p><p>We are building one of the most forward‑thinking AI‑powered Salesforce practices in the market.</p><p>Our focus is simple: move organisations from traditional CRM delivery to AI‑first operating models, powered by Agentforce, automation, and intelligent workflows.</p><p>To support this, we are looking for a highly experienced Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant to work closely with our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and product leaders.</p><p>This is not a standard consulting role.<br/>This is about shaping how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI‑driven Salesforce solutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver monthly hands‑on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects.</li><li>Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.</li><li>Support the design and build of real‑world AI use cases, including:<ul><li>AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents</li><li>Customer Service / Support agents</li><li>Onboarding and operations agents</li></ul></li><li>Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows.</li><li>Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments.</li><li>Review and improve existing implementations and use cases.</li><li>Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents).</li><li>Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end‑to‑end.</li><li>Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect.</li><li>Hands‑on delivery of AI use cases such as:<ul><li>Sales automation / SDR agents</li><li>Customer service automation</li><li>Workflow automation using AI</li></ul></li><li>Deep understanding of: Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).</li><li>AI‑driven workflows and automation.</li><li>Prompt engineering and agent orchestration.</li><li>Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Someone who is genuinely AI‑first in their thinking.</li><li>A practitioner — not just theory, but real‑world delivery experience.</li><li>Strong communicator who can lead workshops and influence senior teams.</li><li>Passion for building scalable, intelligent solutions.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.</li></ul><h3>Why This Role</h3><p>Work with a global AI and Salesforce innovation team.</p><p>Be part of building next‑generation AI products and services.</p><p>Influence how AI is delivered across multiple industries and markets.</p><p>Long‑term opportunity with consistent engagement and impact.</p><p>Direct involvement in cutting‑edge Agentforce implementations.</p><h3>Engagement Model</h3><p>Ongoing contract / advisory role/Perm</p><p>Monthly workshop delivery (core requirement)</p><p>Additional involvement in solution design and strategic initiatives</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
