Think of us as rebuilding the collections —starting from scratch, with modern tools.We're a fast-growing startup with ambitious goals, and we’re looking for builders who are hungry to make a real dent in a space with massive untapped potential.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an AI Voice Prompt Engineer to develop and fine‑tune AI prompts, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure accurate, efficient, and high‑quality AI outputs across our services. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance AI performance, improve response accuracy, and build scalable solutions for financial services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapid experimentation, understands how to get the best out of large language models (LLMs), and enjoys iterating quickly to deliver real‑world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and refine prompts to optimize accuracy, relevance, and reliability of AI outputs.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate prompts into production workflows.Work with structured and unstructured data to analyze outputs and improve model performance.Experiment with embeddings, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and parameter tuning.Implement prompt engineering techniques and guardrails to reduce hallucinations.Monitor and evaluate AI‑driven workflows, iterating quickly to improve performance.Stay current with advancements in AI models, prompt design, and applied NLP.Requirements2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM optimization, or applied NLP.Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Meta Llama.Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embeddings.Ability to rapidly iterate, test, and refine prompts for different use cases.Strong problem‑solving skills and an experimental mindset.Bonus: Experience applying AI in fintech, debt resolution, or regulated industries.Why Join ClearGrid?Real ownership: You’ll play a central role in building products that redefine how collections work in the futureMassive industry impact: This is one of those rare spaces where almost everything is still to be built.High‑growth team: We’re scaling fast, and the systems, tools, and processes you help create will shape our foundation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
