We're seeking an experienced hands‑on professional to join our Engineering and Maintenance team.Yours is a key role responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Boeing 787 aircraft and other fleet types as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, typical duties include carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft, engine, component maintenance, and structural repairs compliant to the approved manufacturers documentation.Central to this role is the inspection and certification of scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, structural repairs and functional tests on Airframe, Engine and Electrical systems.With a natural ability to lead and supervise in a time‑critical environment, you will supervise and coach teams undertaking Line Maintenance to optimise aircraft downtime. Naturally, you will promote a just culture and report all incidents and occurrences in the Safety Management System.Quite simply, your days will be spent troubleshooting to keep our metal in tip‑top shape.About YouA minimum Diploma/Certificate qualification and you will possess at least 8 years in Line Maintenance. Importantly, your maintenance experience includes the last 2 years certifying Boeing 787.Boeing 787 Type Rating Level 3. You are also required to possess a valid GACA / EASA or other CAA B1 A/P Aircraft Maintenance License.Mandatory Documents Required for ApplicationValid GACA / EASA or other CAA B1 A/P Aircraft Maintenance LicenseBoeing 787 Aircraft Type training Level III original (practical and theoretical)Last five (5) years aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator Quality Assurance departmentRecency Letter from current (and previous employers if applicable) outlining scope of work and work duration, stamped and signed by Maintenance Repair Organisations (MRO) Quality Assurance DepartmentCurrent and previous Operator / MRO Certification Authorisation copyYou are also required to hold the appropriate police security clearance required for the role.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
