Our team comprises over 4,000 talented professionals with extensive experience across various industries, forming a dynamic and versatile workforce dedicated to achieving excellence.Role Description:Performs initial Appearance training for new dealers, reviews their individual Appearance before entering the studio, requests and follows up on the requested Appearance Changes, contributes to overall Appearance Monitoring.Main Responsibilities:Maintains and updates the employee record from the point of view of the image;Trains employees on image requirements;Recommends and follows the implementation of image changes requested by employees or by the company;Review the image of each new employee before the first entrances to the studio;Creates written materials and procedures regarding the image;Performs image tests for different projects in studios;Communicate on specialized communication channels relevant information regarding the image of employees;Checks and updates the files dedicated to the image of employees;Coordinates and supports the sessions for the presentation of the companies' standards guide, as well as the practical workshops.Requirements:English: intermediate - advanced;PC literate;Make‑up / hairstyling diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labour;At least 1 year experience in the Appearance Department;Hairstyling;Exceptional presentation skills;Communication and self‑control skills;Attention skills;Able to deal with different types of characters, personalities and cultures.What We Offer:Accommodation will be provided by the company;Meal program (One Meal per shift);Transportation allowance.Join us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
