Our client is a leading Real Estate/ Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.We are looking for an experienced Architect to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.JOB OVERVIEWTo oversee all architectural activities in order to develop the most efficient architectural and engineering frameworks for construction of unified projects, and to support other departments inquiries for engineering drawings.Reporting to: Director – Design & EngineeringRESPONSIBILITIESPreparing site layout according to Company’s specifications and operations requirements.Manage and lead the development of Three Dimensional (3D) Proposals.Prepare new layouts against the scope of work for new or existing projects.Review all Architectural and Design Drawings submitted by consultants, contractors in addition to reviewing and verifying the contractors shop drawings.Prepare leasing drawings and proposals requested to support leasing function.Prepare areas schedules for projects including leasing, built up as services.Prepare Unit Notes for projects under in cooperation with Senior Architect and designers.Enhancement of site development design for any new site development layout requested.To execute any task related to architecture assigned by the management.PERFORMANCE MEASURETimely completion of works as per the project plan and feasibilityLeasing and business development tasks completionSKILLSProject ManagementDesigningAnalytical skills3D Designing / ProposalsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in ArchitectureKnowledge of Architecture related to Real estateOpen to Filipino national currently base in Saudi Arabia nowAt least 1 year of experience in architectural engineering fieldCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance.Benefits includeFamily Status Benefits30 Vacation days per yearMedical InsuranceYearly salary increment as per to the company policycommission as per to the company policy9 to 15 additional paid (National Holidays)#J-18808-Ljbffr
