We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations, drive performance, and uphold our brand standards across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent operational performance across all assigned locations, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.Brand Standards: Uphold and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive guest experience at every restaurant.Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams to achieve financial targets.Training & Development: Oversee training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to enhance skills and knowledge.Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations in all locations.Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role, preferably within the fast casual or QSR sector.Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and culture is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and deliver consistent results.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Flexibility to travel between locations and work irregular hours as needed.Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
