ARIS Enterprise Administrator - Preferred Saudi or Arabic speaker

OverviewMüller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ARIS Enterprise Administrator to join our team. This position requires expertise in managing and optimizing the ARIS platform, ensuring seamless functionality for our business processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and modeling. The successful candidate will also possess fluency in Arabic, contributing to effective communication within our diverse team and supporting our client base.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and optimize the ARIS platform to support business process management and enterprise architectureCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance ARIS functionalities to align with business needsManage ARIS Enterprise modules including: Enterprise Admin, Enterprise Designer, Enterprise Viewer, PRO Pack Enterprise, Extension: Simulation O, and ARIS Connect administration and configurationDevelop and maintain documentation related to ARIS configuration, processes, and best practicesConduct training sessions and provide support for ARIS users to ensure efficient utilization of the platformMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiencyStay updated on ARIS developments and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades as necessaryRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience as an ARIS Administrator or in a similar roleProficient in ARIS platform functionalities and configurationsFluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with business process analysis and modelingARIS certification or other relevant certificationsFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworksUnderstanding of ITIL, BPM, and project management methodologiesBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
