Assistant Guest Relations Manager (Turkish Speaker)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Assistant Guest Relations Manager (Turkish Speaker) to join our luxury hotel in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences managing guest inquiries and overseeing the guest relations team to maintain our high standards of service excellence.Assist the Guest Relations Manager in daily operations and team managementHandle VIP guest arrivals stays and departures ensuring personalized serviceResolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionallyCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain satisfactionTrain and mentor guest relations staff to uphold service standardsManage guest feedback and implement improvements based on insightsOversee loyalty programs and guest retention initiativesConduct regular team meetings and performance evaluationsAssist in developing and implementing guest service policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations and standardsQualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field3-5 years of experience in guest relations or customer service in a luxury hotel settingFluency in Turkish and English both written and spokenStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetProven ability in problem-solving and conflict resolutionCultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to diverse international clienteleProficiency in hotel management software and systemsExperience in team leadership and mentoringExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysPreferred QualificationsAdditional language skills particularly ArabicExperience working in a multi-cultural environmentKnowledge of UAE hospitality standards and regulationsCertifications in hospitality management (e.g. Certified Guest Service Professional)Additional InformationYour team and working environment:Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites is a multi-awarded family beach destination situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Dubai.At Accor we are Heartists!Are you ready to put your heart at the center of everything that you do If so then join our team of Heartists at Rixos The Palm Every day we look for opportunities to engage on a personal & meaningful way with our guests and each other.
