Assistant HR ManagerThe British International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day to day delivery of high quality HR services at a leading international school.The closing date for applications is 22nd December 2025.About the RoleAs Assistant HR Manager you will support the day-to-day running of the HR function delivering exceptional service across the employee lifecycle. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders and staff ensure HR processes are implemented effectively and support ongoing HR strategy and initiatives.You will lead on recruitment employee relations onboarding compliance processes and be the go to person for HR support across the school.About YouYou will be a dedicated and highly organised HR professional with a strong understanding of best practice in human resources and a working knowledge of UAE employment law. With experience in a fast paced HR environment you thrive on managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.You are confident working independently yet collaborative in your approach with excellent communication skills that help you build positive relationships across all levels of an organisation.
