Assistant Manager – Inventory

OverviewResponsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels, developing inventory tracking systems, managing inventory audits, and ensuring inventory accuracy.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management in WMS, preferably in SAP WMS (or eWMS)ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain inventory accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical, ERP and WMS inventory.Hands on with Cycle count, Put-away audits, empty bin audits, Wall to Wall Inventory and other WMS inventory processes etc.Hands on Experience in dealing with WMS storage locations, location types, bin creation, zone creation etc.Responsible for Bin Cube utilization and hands on with bin optimization metrics.Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to minimize stock variances.Responsible for Order fill rates and pick productivity optimization.Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed, especially for food products.Manage and execute the process to write off damaged and expired goods, near expiry inventory management, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.Analyze customer order profile and constantly review slotting logic.Enable productivity improvement across inbound and outbound operations through efficient inventory flow through the warehouse.Works closely with IT teams and other cross functional operations leaders both internal and external to ensure high product availability of shelves for picking.KPIInventory lossesInventory AccuracyWarehouse Operations AnalyticsInventory ConsolidationOrder fill rates#J-18808-Ljbffr
