We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Manager – Marketing for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing who'll lead all our marketing activities, from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects for Lulu hypermarket/supermarket chains in Western Province, KSA.Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.ResponsibilitiesCrafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and CreativePreparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing departmentSetting, monitoring and reporting on team goalsA deep understanding of the Saudi Arabia market and established contacts within the regionDesign branding, positioning and pricing strategiesEnsure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personasIdentify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market shareCraft quarterly and annual marketing plansMonitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awarenessParticipate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectivesRequirements and SkillsWork experience as a marketing manager, preferably within the retail & shopping malls industryMin 5+ years of experience in KSA leading marketing dept.Experience running successful marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of digital media strategies and analytics toolsExperience with CRM softwareLeadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goalsAnalytical mindBachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
