<div><p>Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic<b>Director - Film Studio Operations SPA</b>to lead our film studio's operational strategy and deliver excellence in production services. As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art film studio, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.</p><p>Your role will be central to developing the operational framework that supports the filming process for a variety of content, from feature films to television productions. You will be responsible for assembling and guiding a diverse team, fostering a creative environment, and implementing best practices that enhance both productivity and innovation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support the development of local production talent&workforce pipeline</li><li>Manage the ecosystem of production vendors and service providers</li><li>Track studio performance through KPIs such as (stage utilization&client satisfaction)</li><li>Establish and manage the studio's production services function such as (permits and regulatory approvals)</li><li>Identify and develop diversified revenue streams to strengthen the studio’s commercial performance</li><li>Develop and implement strategic operational plans for the film studio that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, resource management, and production logistics.</li><li>Lead and mentor a diverse team of production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations throughout the production process.</li><li>Manage relationships with external production partners, talent, and creative agencies to facilitate seamless project execution.</li><li>Monitor and analyze operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize studio performance and efficiency.</li><li>Develop and manage the studio budget, tracking expenditure and ensuring financial viability for all productions.</li><li>Implement state-of-the-art technology and workflows that enhance production capabilities and drive innovation.</li><li>Act as the key point of contact between executive management and onsite production teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>10+ years of experience in film production management, with a strong understanding of the operational landscape in the entertainment industry.</li><li>Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing production teams and multi-faceted projects.</li><li>Deep knowledge of film production processes, technologies, and best practices.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various stakeholders.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and financial tracking for production operations.</li><li>A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory policies related to film production.</li></ul><p>Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
