Assistant Outlet Manager

Reporting to the Director Food & Beverage responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging serviceLead the F&B Outlets team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedHandle guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyTo assist in recruiting and training all Outlet ColleaguesBalance operational administrative and Colleague needsAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies practices and promotionsHave full knowledge of all Outlet menusAssist in managing the departmental budgetFollow outlet policies procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualificationsGraduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.Minimum of two (2) years of fine dining restaurant operations experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.Service-oriented high guest service skills talent knowledge and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs Opera and MS Office applications.Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactionsFoster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respectedRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
