Assistant / Associate Professor in General PathologyThe College of Dentistry at Ajman University seeks to appoint a highly qualified candidate for a full-time Assistant / Associate Professor in General Pathology. The successful applicant should demonstrate a strong record of undergraduate teaching, academic engagement, and scholarly research, with a commitment to academic excellence and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible for delivering high-qualitydidactic and laboratory teaching in General Pathologyfor undergraduate dental programs. The role includes contributing to the continuous development and enhancement of pathology curricula in line with accreditation requirements and outcome-based education standards.The appointee will participate in student academic advising, support student research activities, and contribute to the scholarly output of the College of Dentistry. Active involvement in research initiatives and collaborative academic activities within the university is expected.In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, participate in academic committees, and engage in community outreach and professional service activities in alignment with the mission and strategic goals of Ajman University.Required Qualifications and SkillsMBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) or equivalentfrom a recognized institution.PhD in General Pathologyor a closely related discipline from an accredited university.Demonstrated experience inteaching General Pathology at the undergraduate level, preferably within health sciences or dental education.Proven record ofresearch and scholarly publicationsin peer-reviewed journals.Ability to contribute tointerdisciplinary teaching and researchwithin the health sciences field.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
