The role will include:Assist in studying business opportunities including preparing level of efforts estimates and technical methodologiesAssist and manage design projects. This shall include but not limited to the day-to-day management of project activities, client relationships, resources management and technical input and financial management.Ensure best practice in the company's project delivery methods.Manage the permitting activities with local authorities. This shall include personal involvement to achieve smooth and quick permitting.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Project Manager with experience in landscape and/or infrastructure design and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, solid technical understanding, and the ability to support project delivery across multiple workstreams.This role involves assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination, client engagement, authority interface, design management, and monitoring project progress against scope, budget, and schedule. The Assistant Project Manager will also help maintain high-quality project documentation and support the overall integration of multidisciplinary inputs to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing design projects, including daily coordination of tasks, tracking progress, and supporting client relations.Support resource planning, design coordination, technical reviews, and quality control across project deliverables.Prepare and update project documentation, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and action plans.Coordinate with local authorities for permitting and approval processes; ensure timely submissions and follow-up.Update the project schedule, prepare variation orders for scope changes, and promptly report any potential risks or deviations to the Project Manager.Facilitate coordination between internal teams, subconsultants, stakeholders, and third parties.Support the implementation of project management best practices, quality assurance procedures, and risk management protocols.Assist in managing project onboarding activities, including documentation setup, team coordination, and workflow establishment.Maintain organized project records, correspondence, and tracking logs to support efficient project delivery.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers or designers where appropriate.Job RequirementsRequired Candidate Profile:Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape ArchitectureMaster’s degree in relevant specialization is preferableMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in consultancy and design managementCandidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.Master’s degree in a relevant specialization is preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in consultancy, design coordination, or project management within landscape or infrastructure projects.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority processes and permitting requirements is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure and tight timelines.• Experience working with reputable international or regional consultants is preferred.• Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office; exposure to project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
