Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is a firm specializing in corporate law and legal services for businesses. We work with local and regional clients on corporate transactions, commercial contracts and advisory services, commercial disputes, and arbitration. We are seeking an Associate with strong drafting skills in both Arabic and English and a passion for building a successful legal career.ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and service agreements; providing legal advice to clients and preparing precise, practical recommendations for complex transactions.Analyzing and summarizing complex legal documents and proposing amendments when necessary, with strong attention to detail.Contributing to legal due diligence processes and supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.Preparing legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.Developing work plans, allocating tasks, and managing risks; managing files against clear timelines and quality standards; tracking billable hours and progress on legal matters and projects; and mastering document-management and time-tracking tools to ensure organized, efficient work.Conducting legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and judicial precedents in preparation for various legal proceedings.Writing articles and legal newsletters to support institutional knowledge and client communication.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; An LL.M is preferred.Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in reputable law firms.Excellent command of legal drafting in both Arabic and English (essential).Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management.Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws, with experience in local and cross-border matters; practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures.Ability to provide efficient and accurate legal advice, analyze complex transactions, and propose innovative solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
