Associate Data Analyst - Strategy

You will share a continuous focus on growth with the business leaders and contribute to building out the dubizzle/Bayut brand.In this role, you will:Collaborate closely with the strategy team – translating complex datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C‑suiteContribute to analytics projects from data extraction and modelling to presenting strategic recommendations that directly influence P&LDevelop data‑driven automation initiatives to optimise business processes and maximise revenue across diverse portfoliosLeverage advanced SQL and Excel skills to perform deep‑dive analysis on high‑volume, multi‑source datasetsDesign actionable BI dashboards that enable real‑time, data‑driven decision‑making for regional stakeholdersAct as a key POC between Analytics and Strategy teams, and execute with strong project management skillsChampion data integrity and security, establishing high‑standard coding protocols and centralized glossaries to ensure high‑quality outputCollaborate cross‑functionally with different departments to align and make sure company‑level targets are being metSetting up processes and SOPs (standard operating procedures)Deliver projects within the agreed deadlines or involve other analysts to support to ensure they are metBe able to work autonomously without supervision on complex projectsOccasionally do some project management in Analytics‑heavy projectsRequirements2‑3 years of work experience in strategy / business analytics / sales enabler role, having closely worked with product in an internet/e‑commerce companyExperience in e‑commerce, internet and/or digital mediaProficient in SQLProficient in Microsoft Excel / Dashboard ToolsStrong problem‑solving skillsCommercial and Financial conceptsAbility to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision makingExcellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendationsGreat stakeholder management and communication skillsStorytellingAble to handle pressure wellAnalytical thinking; Conceptual thinkingThrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.Living the team values: Simpler.
