<div><h3>Associate - Decoration | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA</h3><h3>ROLE SUMMARY</h3><p>The Associate - Decoration is responsible for implementing the decoration strategy of the store as per internal guidelines in order to promote and maintain the brand image of “Majid Al Futtaim Retail”. The role holder is also responsible for supporting activities to attract customers.</p><h3>ROLE PROFILE</h3><ul><li>Oversee the appropriate use of the store equipment while overseeing the execution of store decorations.</li><li>Ensure the quality of the store image in term of signage (Poster, Promotion, Pricing and Graphic Charts).</li><li>Research market trends and provide suggestions for improvement of the internal decorating guidelines.</li><li>Document and ensure the correct stock of decoration supplies is maintained.</li><li>Develop reports on contractor’s performance and recommend areas of improvement.</li><li>Support daily floor inspection of display areas and ensure measures are put into place to rectify any issues.</li><li>Develop reports on areas of concern to the responsible Department Head.</li><li>Implement season changes and events as per timeline and decoration standards/guidelines.</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred.</li><li>0 - 1+ year experience in decoration/design/interior business.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Customer service orientation.</li></ul><h3>WHAT WE OFFER</h3><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
