Associate Director - Performance

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive campaign performance, mentor team members, and contribute to client growth and operational excellence.A Typical Day Will IncludeSupporting the development and execution of performance media strategies across biddable channels.Overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure strong performance outcomes.Managing and mentoring Performance Managers and Executives while fostering team development.Acting as a senior point of contact for key client accounts and supporting relationship management.Contributing to new business pitches, performance proposals, and strategic recommendations.Identifying opportunities for innovation, testing, and performance improvements across platforms.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveStrong experience managing Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns.Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, DV360, and Meta Ads Manager.Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior performance specialists.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Solid client management and stakeholder communication skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
