The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, eager to contribute to new product design, market research, and digital banking initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & InnovationSupport the design, development, and enhancement of retail and digital banking products.Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth product launches.Contribute ideas and insights for new customer-centric financial products and services.Data & Market AnalysisAnalyze customer behavior, performance metrics, and market data to support product decisions.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for product performance reviews and strategic discussions.Collaboration & SupportAssist product managers and strategy teams in preparing product documentation, RFPs, and business cases.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.Participate in brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to support innovation initiatives.RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree from IBA, LUMS, or a recognized business school.2-5 years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or product-related roles.Strong interest in product strategy, customer experience, and financial innovation.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools will be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
