ResponsibilitiesCarry out scheduled carpentry maintenance works of building fabrics including doors windows ceilings walls car parks pantry cupboards etcCarry out all types of carpentry repair works of doors windows ceilings walls pantry cupboards and repair/replace locks etcCarry out new carpentry works of partitioning & false ceilings etcFabricate benches racks small sheds etcAttend 24/7 standby duty as per duty rosterCarry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAEAssist in condition surveys / snagging of carpentry worksCarry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to timeComply with companies EHS & Q regulationsEducation / QualificationsHigh School Certificate 8th Standard) is must.Secondary School Certificate 10thStandard) is desirable.Skills / Competencies / ExperienceHigh School with certification 3 years of experience in the relevant trade.Secondary School certification with experience 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.A reasonable degree of computer skills.Ability to work under pressure.Physical Fitness Team Work Grooming & Appearance Flexibility Adaptability Technical problem solving skills.Must be between 25 to 35 years of age.Required ExperienceSenior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
