All candidates work with an experienced mentor who can help guide them and ensure that their output is in line with our clients expectations.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Associate UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of e-commerce websites to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to craft visually appealing and highly functional interfaces. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and aesthetics of our digital platforms.Design and refine user interfaces for e-commerce websites and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Develop and customize WordPress templates to align with business needs and brand identity.Utilize CSS3 to create responsive and aesthetically pleasing web designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Figma or Sketch.Familiarity with Material Design.Analyze competitor products and interfaces to extract valuable insights and incorporate best practices into our designs.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement effective UX strategies.Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing outcomes.QualificationsProven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of e-commerce websites (please include portfolio links).Proficiency in CSS3, WordPress template customization, and Figma or Sketch.Experience in analyzing competitor products and adapting interface elements to improve user engagement.Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills to effectively present and justify design decisions.Additional InformationWe have an assortment of snacks at the office.Employees perks include remuneration for fuel, internet, and mobile.Job Location#J-18808-Ljbffr
