Group are close to turning over 4 Billion AED per annum so circa 8-12 Projects delivered per annum. When DUBAI is busy this group are busy, they are in an enviable position of negotiating work. Working with forward thinking characters to manage project success and business excellence.The Role5 Day working week, sit in the Dubai Head office but time spread across projects, meetings and handovers as needed.Pivotal role focused on ensuring the company's compliance with the regulations and standards set by various government bodies. This individual is responsible for managing the entire process of obtaining and maintaining the necessary legal permits, licenses, and approvals for the company's projects.By ensuring adherence to legal standards and facilitating clear communication with regulatory authorities, the Authorities Liaison Manager safeguards the company’s operational legitimacy and contributes to its strategic development.DutiesLead the acquisition of all required approvals, licenses, and permits for projects, coordinating with project teams and external entities.Track the progress of applications and maintain communication with ALL PARTIESCoordinate authority inspections and manage the resolution of any observationsCollaborate with heads of departments and project managersUpdate teams on approval procedures, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring smooth project implementation.Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, conflict of interest, standards, rules and regulations at all times.Prioritize and ensure full compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies established by the company.Maintain supportive documentation to substantiate the actual performance for all Key Performance Indicators.Experience RequiredThe right person will have boots on the ground experience in Dubai5 Years experience in a Liaison / Authorities role for a UAE ContractorYou will know who to call to keep the train on the tracks so to speakRemove issues and ensure everything is managed and communicatedAble to think clearly and keep calm under pressureIdeally degree educatedReward & BenefitsUp to 45,000 AED Per Month for EXCEPTIONAL applicantsFamily Visas, Flights & MedicalAnnual pay review & bonusIf you are keen to learn more.
