Aviation Logistics Engineer

Global urban, infrastructure, and engineering consultancy with 16,500+ employees across 40+ countries, delivering transformative aviation and infrastructure projects in the Middle East.Role OverviewLead and manage aviation logistics for major airport expansions and greenfield developments in KSA and the GCC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in live and high-risk environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute aviation logistics for brownfield (live) and greenfield projects.Coordinate heavy plant movement, airside safety, and ORAT transition plans.Design temporary haul roads, staging areas, and airside checkpoints (AutoCAD).Manage stakeholder engagement: Airport Security, Customs, ATC, and clients.Ensure compliance with ICAO & GACA regulations and safety standards.Key Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s in Civil Eng., Construction Mgmt, or Logistics/Supply Chain. Postgrad preferred.Airside Safety/IATA Operations certification; NEBOSH or equivalent.Experience in live airport expansions and large greenfield projects.Eligible for high-level KSA airfield security clearance.Skills & KnowledgeBrownfield sequencing & greenfield mobilisation.Airport systems: Fuel Hydrants, AGL, NAVAIDS.Traffic Management, swept path analysis, AutoCAD for site logistics.Strong client/stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Why Join SJWork on high-impact aviation projects across the Middle East with a global, multidisciplinary team.All recruitment activities are managed by our Talent Acquisition team.
