Job Description

Job PurposeProvide comprehensive administrative and operational support to FAB Asset Management teams and executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. Coordinate and manage office logistics, documentation, and communication workflows, supporting efficient delivery of business objectives. Support vendor management, travel coordination, and procurement activities related to offices and premises in line with FAB AM operational procedures.Key AccountabilitiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in timely delivery milestones by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage administrative processes in a structured, compliant, and timely mannerExcellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teamsManage daily administrative activities including scheduling, filing, and correspondenceSupport procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment requestsCoordinate travel, expense management, and executive support activitiesMaintain accurate recordsQualifications & ExperienceAdministrative coordinationOffice management logisticsReporting and internal communicationVendor and facilities coordinationYears of experience: 7+ years#J-18808-Ljbffr
