Awareness Specialist

The role holder will be responsible for presenting presentations, conferences, workshops, and awareness campaigns that carry the content of the program with the aim of spreading awareness that represents the objectives of the program (OSP).Modify outreach strategy that complements global energy trends and OSP opportunity priorities.Provides analyses to contribute to environmental scanning processes developed by the function to identify key stakeholders and establish relationships to advance program work, opportunities, and the overall agenda.Supports the organization and delivery of conferences and workshops focused on raising awareness of relevant program outreach materials and content regarding program opportunities.Use social media, publications, and press releases to communicate OSP goals.Coordinates with key stakeholders and external consultants to design and implement awareness campaigns and related influence activities.Coordinates with sector teams and external consultants/vendors to design and implement awareness campaigns/materials that lead to broader understanding and support of the program.Contributes to outreach plans and strategies and measures their performance to address obstacles in communications and inform next steps for program advocacy.Proposes activity schedules and long-term initiatives for all aspects of program outreach.Research and analyze key awareness success factors to create opportunities in sectors.Raising awareness about the special project in OSP.Prepare strategic messages, comparing them with existing messages, writing content and updating the direction.Communicate with external stakeholders to understand global and market trends, and a comprehensive understanding of partners’ interests.Perform any other relevant duties determined by the line manager and Oil Sustainability Program’s Top Management.3- Education:Undergraduate degree in management, public administration or similar; master’s degree preferred.4- Experience:2-3 years’ experience in Awareness functions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
