Job Description
<div><p>We are looking for a highly connected and commercially driven AWS Alliance Manager to lead and expand a strategic hyperscaler partnership across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.</p><p>Based in Riyadh, this role will be instrumental in building deep, on-the-ground relationships with AWS local leadership and sales teams, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerating cloud-led growth across key enterprise and public sector accounts.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and execute the AWS alliance strategy across the Middle East, with a strong focus on KSA market growth</li><li>Build and maintain strong, local relationships with AWS teams in Saudi Arabia, including sales, partner, and leadership stakeholders</li><li>Drive joint account planning and co-sell motions with AWS to generate pipeline and close opportunities</li><li>Identify and develop strategic opportunities across enterprise and government sectors in KSA</li><li>Lead joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with AWS priorities in the region</li><li>Enable internal sales teams on AWS offerings, propositions, and co-selling best practices</li><li>Work closely with delivery and solutions teams to align capabilities with AWS-led opportunities</li><li>Track pipeline, revenue performance, and alliance KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting and forecasting</li><li>Represent the organization in AWS regional events, executive briefings, and partner forums</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8–12+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or cloud business development</li><li>Proven, existing relationships with AWS teams in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Strong understanding of the KSA market, including enterprise and/or public sector landscape</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving revenue through AWS or hyperscaler partnerships</li><li>Experience working within system integrators, consulting firms, or large technology organizations</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior/executive level</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, high-growth environment</li><li>Experience with AWS co-sell programs, funding mechanisms, and partner ecosystem</li><li>Knowledge of cloud migration, application modernization, data, and AI use cases</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in KSA</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
