OverviewWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Saudi residency is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to approved recipes and standards.Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all beverages.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly.Adjust coffee extraction, grind size, and milk texture to meet quality standards.Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests efficiently.Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.Ensure all coffee equipment, tools, and work areas are clean and well maintained.Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours and busy periods.Required Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, and milk texturing.Experience with specialty coffee and basic latte art is preferred.Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
