Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable bar experience. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and comply with all safety and responsible alcohol service standards.The ideal candidate will have strong mixology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional mannerCreate classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferencesTake drink orders and serve guests at the bar and in the dining area when requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and utensilsRestock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as neededCheck identification of guests to verify legal drinking ageEnsure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations at all timesEngage with guests, provide recommendations, and upsell beverages and promotionsHandle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiencyFollow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines consistentlyProcess payments and operate the POS system accuratelyQualificationsProven work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spiritsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitudeAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance, positive energy, and strong teamwork skillsFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCertification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is an advantageFood safety and hygiene certification is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is preferredProficiency in English; additional languages are an assetAdditional InformationThe work location is Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.#J-18808-Ljbffr
