The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process for our clients. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and send out invoices to clients in a timely mannerFollow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collectionMaintain accurate records of all billing and collection activitiesHandle client inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepanciesPrepare and analyze monthly billing reportsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billingMonitor and track payment trends and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresProvide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing and collection mattersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collection, preferably in a similar industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and accounting softwareAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureCustomer service‑oriented mindsetKnowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plusJoin Our TeamAt Star Services LLC, we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
