About the job BIM Coordinator (Architecture)We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for our architecture projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure BIM models are created and maintained according to project requirements and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes and standards for architecture projects.Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are created and maintained according to project requirements and industry standards.Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.Develop and maintain BIM project templates, libraries, and standards.Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM processes and standards are understood and followed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the architecture industry.Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.Experience with BIM project setup, coordination, and clash detection.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
