BIM Management Manager

The BIM Management Manager will be instrumental in driving the strategic implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our projects.This role demands a proactive leader who not only possesses extensive BIM expertise but also excels in fostering collaboration among diverse teams. You will manage the BIM lifecycle, ensuring that our innovative projects benefit from seamless connectivity and enhanced efficiency through state-of-the-art BIM practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the BIM Management team to deliver comprehensive BIM strategies tailored to project requirements.Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards and best practices throughout the organization.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM solutions seamlessly into project workflows.Drive the ongoing development and optimization of BIM technologies and processes.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for BIM team members.Research and incorporate the latest BIM advancements to continually enhance project delivery.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management, including leadership roles.In-depth knowledge of BIM software and tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).Strong grasp of BIM standards, protocols, and methodologies applicable to construction projects.Proven ability to lead and engage high-performing teams.Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration.Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Experience working in the Saudi Arabian construction industry is an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
