BIM Management Manager

The BIM Management Manager will be responsible for leading the Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives, ensuring the successful integration and application of BIM technologies and processes in line with industry best practices.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of BIM tools and methodologies, and a commitment to enhancing project delivery through technology-driven solutions. Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and making a lasting impact on communities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the BIM Management team in the execution of BIM strategies across multiple projectsDevelop and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with project teams to facilitate the effective use of BIM throughout the project lifecycleOversee the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and technologiesConduct training and provide ongoing support to BIM team members and other stakeholdersMonitor industry advancements in BIM and recommend technological innovations to enhance project outcomesBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant toolsStrong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and industry guidelinesDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
