BIM Specialist III

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist III to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our technical team you will lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale construction projects in the region ensuring efficient and collaborative project delivery.Develop and implement advanced BIM strategies and workflows for complex construction projectsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective BIM integration throughout the project lifecyclePerform sophisticated 3D modeling clash detection and coordination using cutting-edge BIM softwareAnalyze and optimize building designs for efficiency sustainability and constructabilityGenerate detailed reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making processesMentor and train junior BIM specialists and project team membersCollaborate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve design and construction challengesEnsure compliance with local building codes and standards in Abu Dhabi and the UAEStay at the forefront of BIM technologies and industry best practices implementing innovative solutionsLead BIM-related meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications :Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related fieldBIM certification such as Autodesk Certified ProfessionalMinimum of 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management with a focus on large-scale projects in the Middle East regionAdvanced proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit and NavisworksExpert-level skills in 3D modeling visualization and clash detectionComprehensive knowledge of building information management and data analysisProficiency in project management software and reporting toolsIn-depth understanding of the construction industry and building lifecycle processesFamiliarity with UAE building codes standards and local construction practices in Abu DhabiStrong grasp of sustainable design principles and their application in BIMExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachOutstanding communication and leadership abilitiesProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developmentsExperience in managing and coordinating BIM processes for complex multi-disciplinary projectsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAdditional Information :About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
