NRL provides world‑class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations and other reference laboratories.We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our Facilities and Biomedical Engineering team. This role is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of medical equipment, including procurement, installation, maintenance and calibration, ensuring all devices operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport the procurement, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices.Perform preventive maintenance, calibration and safety checks in line with manufacturer guidelines.Troubleshoot, repair and maintain biomedical equipment to ensure optimal performance.Maintain accurate records, work orders and asset data within the biomedical management system.Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., DHA, DOH, JCI).Collaborate with clinical teams to provide training and support on equipment usage.Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of technical libraries and equipment records.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in biomedical engineering.Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and biomedical asset management systems.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).#J-18808-Ljbffr
