ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair:Perform thorough diagnostics to identify malfunctions in boilers and associated systems.Repair or replace defective components including burners heat exchangers pumps and control systems.Conduct preventive maintenance operations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Use advanced diagnostic tools to monitor boiler performance and anticipate maintenance needs.Maintain uptodate maintenance records and write detailed reports on interventions performed.Installation and Replacement:Plan and execute the installation of new boilers in incinerators adhering to technical specifications and safety standards.Coordinate the replacement of existing boilers minimizing service interruptions.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of new installations.Perform commissioning tests to ensure the proper functioning of new boilers and compliance with performance requirements.Train staff on the use and maintenance of new installations.QualificationsDegree in mechanical engineering thermal engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experiencein the maintenance and repair of industrial boilers preferably in incinerators.Expertise in boiler installation and replacement with indepth knowledge of commissioning procedures.Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.Good communication and teamwork skills.Boiler maintenance certification (a plus).CICPA qualificationAdditional InformationPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contactedRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeContract#J-18808-Ljbffr
