Foreground is partnering with a chocolate house in the UAE to appoint a Boutique Manager to lead the operations of one of the brand locations in Production City.This is a key leadership position, responsible for translating the brand's heritage into a seamless retail experience. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with refined client service standards, leading a team that reflects the sophistication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence expected of a flagship destination.Role OverviewThe Boutique Manager will serve as the ambassador of the brand within the most visible boutique, responsible for ensuring best-in-class client experience, overseeing all store functions, and upholding high commercial standards. This role goes beyond routine retail management and demands a leader who embodies the values of luxury, understands regional market nuances, and knows how to nurture a team that performs with pride and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full boutique P&L, including sales targets, budget planning, and cost controlDrive the overall client journey, ensuring personalized and memorable service experiencesLead a team of sales advisors, supervisors, and support staff with clarity and consistencyImplement brand directives on visual merchandising, store layout, and seasonal presentationsAnalyze sales data, client behavior, and team performance to inform decision-makingEnsure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention practicesAct as the key point of contact for internal departments including merchandising, marketing, and trainingRepresent the boutique in management meetings, contributing operational insights and team feedbackChampion a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and customer excellenceCandidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally with 2+ years in a managerial positionDemonstrated success in managing boutique teams, clienteling strategies, and luxury sales growthDeep understanding of premium customer behaviors, retail trends, and experiential retailingExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire, coach, and challenge teamsFluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Presentable, articulate, and naturally confident in engaging with high-profile clienteleRequired SkillsTeam PerformancePreventionOperationsClarityComplianceOperational ExcellenceCost ControlArabicDecision-MakingAttention To DetailRetailContinuous ImprovementMerchandisingPresentationsPlanningMarketingEnglishLeadershipTrainingSalesManagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
