Brand Designer

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Brand Designer to spearhead the development and evolution of our brand identity. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand strategies and visual systems that resonate with our target audience and set us apart in the marketplace. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross‑functional departments, and oversee all aspects of brand design to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. If you are passionate about building impactful brands and driving creative innovation, Rgheeb offers you a challenging and rewarding opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity.Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.Drive the creation of brand guidelines, ensuring adherence and proper application globally.Oversee the design and production of brand assets, campaigns, and presentations.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand fresh and competitive.Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design, with proven leadership or management roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative leadership.Excellent knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.Experience managing and developing a creative team.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
