Job Description
The SMT Brand Manager is the driving force behind the brands commercial growth creative execution and storytelling. This role balances creativity with commerce: protecting the SMT DNA while scaling it across Dubai through in-store projects seasonal pop-ups and experiential activations. Acting as both strategist and operator the Brand Manager ensures SMTs narrative is lived and felt across every touchpoint while delivering clear reporting to the Founder and stakeholders.Core Focus AreasBusiness Strategy & GrowthShape and execute annual and quarterly strategies to drive sales and elevate brand positioning.Oversee new store projects and seasonal pop-ups ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards.Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities that expand SMTs visibility and customer reach.Balance creative storytelling with commercial goals to deliver sustainable revenue growth.Sales & Commercial PerformanceOwn the sales strategy and work towards ambitious growth targets.Monitor and report on sales performance client acquisition and conversion metrics for stakeholders.Deliver retail activations and curated events that build brand equity and measurable ROI.Procurement & CurationLead the procurement strategy sourcing iconic vintage and luxury pieces that reflect SMTs ethos.Cultivate strong relationships with consignors suppliers and collectors to secure unique inventory.Maintain inventory levels that support both daily operations and special activations with strong sell-through.Brand & IdentitySafeguard and amplify SMTs positioning as a disruptive experiential luxury vintage brand.Translate SMTs aesthetic and story into boutique environments activations and curated customer journeys.Ensure SMTs retail and event spaces consistently deliver immersive detail-led experiences.Team Development: Training & RecruitmentRecruit onboard and develop a team aligned with SMTs values and brand ethos.Design and implement training programs focused on styling sales techniques brand storytelling and client experience.Foster a culture of excellence creativity and accountability across the team.Act as a mentor and brand ambassador leading by example in both professionalism and creativity.Stakeholder Reporting & LeadershipAct as the link between daily operations the Founder and stakeholders delivering transparent reports on progress and opportunities.Work closely with marketing finance and external partners to align on growth strategies.Represent SMTs brand vision across industry media and partner forums.Success in the RoleDelivery of consistent year-on-year revenue growth.Enhanced supplier partner and collaborator relationships.Elevated customer experience that drives loyalty repeat business and word-of-mouth.Recognition of SMT as a benchmark for experiential luxury retail.Recruitment and retention of a high-performing team.Consistently high staff performance through training programs reflected in sales conversion and service excellence.Clear alignment across operations reporting and stakeholder expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
